Individual Leadership Coaching
Individual coaching is a partnership between an individual leader and the coach. Coaching sessions are designed around the needs of the individual leader. In a coaching session the coach supports the leader to understand themselves better, uncover the source of leadership challenges, develop leadership skills and work toward improved outcomes.
A mini-retreat can be organized with an individual or a group. Mini-retreats are an opportunity to kick-start leadership development. In an intensive three day retreat, participants will start with an assessment of where they are in their leadership journey and understand their personal foundation including obstacles, needs, values, and habits. Mini-retreats can also be designed to accelerate leadership performance at future stages of leadership development.
Group coaching is a partnership between a small group with common interests and the coach. Coaching sessions are designed around the needs of the group. The members of the group each will receive laser focused coaching interactions and will have the opportunity to learn from other members of the group.
In a workshop or webinar a leadership theme or topic will be presented with a focus on knowledge building. A coach approach can be used to deepen the interaction and learning between the participants. PEAK can provide sessions on themes including company culture, leadership mindset, leadership well-being, customer experience, employee experience, and more.
